Hold On To Your Customers
You have done the hard work to win them over already, so be sure to look after them and keep them as your customer.
Get to know them and what they value so that you can provide that value for them.
Recently we helped a client introduce a touchpoint technique where they improved their process of communicating with their customers more regularly to give them a better experience. This has to then be embedded as common practice across the organisation. The customers are loving it.
The key is to figure out what these piece of value are and then provide it to your current customer.
Unlock the value of your current customers to help your business grow.
Give them value long after the transaction has happened – increase the touch points e.g. phone call, follow up, content rich newsletter – keep them engaged so you’re front of mind when they are ready for their next purchase.
The above should seem easy enough and probably make a lot of sense but to benefit, you need to commit and make some time to work on your business to discover some of the opportunities that are sitting right in front of you.
If you need help to do this, we’d love to be a part of that. Contact Us and we can help you execute on what may only remain as thoughts.
What ever you choose to do, we hope you have your best financial year to date.
