![Last week we had our first business planning session for the year.
Whilst others were beaching they were learning. You do you, of course. We all need to holiday and rest.
Anyway, we spent a fair bit of the session showing the business owner that now is the time to hire and build a team.
Take that unemployment numbers!!!
This is a very sound business, and when they are ready, it is time for some leverage, processes, systems and further business development.
The business owner can't do all of this by staying on the tools themselves.
70% of businesses in NZ are 1 person businesses and a small percentage of them would actually like to hire and grow a team.
Many don't because they don't know:
- When to
- How to go about it
- If they can afford it
- Whether it is 'worth it'
- Will they have enough money to do it
- What hidden costs there are
