This is all about exploring ideas and getting clear on exactly what it is you want to achieve, how you are going to do it, as well as giving you some strategic advice and accountability – we will develop a business action plan with you so you have clear direction on what needs to be achieved which aligns to your overall goals.
So that we have a better understanding of where you want to head, you will have to complete some pre-work for review, this is before our half day planning session.
We have a half day (typically the morning)
We go through everything from values, ideal work + financial returns, through to goals, quick wins, critical challenges and what the future looks like for you in the business (so that you are doing more of what you want to be doing).
4 quarterly review meetings
Once we are through the first quarter, we will meet to review the results and set the plan for the next quarter to ensure the actions occur which holds you accountable to the plan. We will do this again once we pass each quarter
We’re on call
If you need to discuss anything during the upcoming months so that you can bounce ideas, challenges or opportunities off us also.

Investment (12 month minimum)
For the above is $23,000 (+ GST). We require a $5,000 + GST deposit before the initial session and the remainder goes on a payment plan (over 12 months) to smooth your cashflow.
We would expect you to recover this twice over at least in the next 12 months (as long as the actions are taken as we suggest). We are very comfortable that we will help you recover the investment over 12 months.
We need access to Xero with advisor access as well as any past finalised accounts also. Xero access can be provided under settings, users and add user.
